These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RestroAgent websites, software, and autonomous AI operating services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the RestroAgent platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of Service
RestroAgent provides autonomous AI ordering, customer communication, POS synchronization, table booking management, and Kitchen Display System software for restaurants and hospitality businesses.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your restaurant billing dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or malicious code, or to attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure or other tenant data.
